2. Project Development Post 5

SCRIPT
REALITY
To reconnect generations within and around an experiential architecture that engages and evolves the communities understanding of itself in a positive way. The experiential architecture and program will seek to re-educate society’s negative perceptions of generations, especially the aging population, as well as challenge the unnatural separation of generations, functions, and mentalities inherent in 2012’s built form.
CREATIVITY
Within a framework of co-learning and interaction, experiential retail focuses on intergenerational creative intelligence as a driver of sustainable community retail. Static mindsets are to be challenged through interactive educational challenges prioritising imagination and fearlessness.

STAGE
PURPOSE
The healing of generational fragmentation to support the community as an educational and support hub is the driving purpose. Prioritisation of informal and interactive educational pursuits including but not limited to: cooking lessons, manners, technology, skills, drama, arts, sports, games, music, interpersonal relationships, public speaking, etc.
NAVIGATION
Circulation and navigation throughout the complex to increase foot traffic maximising viewpoints and provide full inclusion for all mobility levels.  Points of incidental interactive and social connection drive movement throughout the complex.
INTEGRITY
Open floor plans and integrated communal use roof space with an appropriate structure drive added value to the community and commercial floor space. Materials are interactive and/or tactile at a human scale and operate in a way to increase the liveability of the space. Open floor plans and intersecting levels push the healthy sustainable building.

SCENES
PRESENCE AND IDENTITY
A new commercial and residential hub within Paddington and a place finder within the city context Paddington are a strong identity and presence. The complex becomes symbiotic within the community fluxuating and growing with community involvement and pushing the growth of new ideas within the community.
