 I'm feeling that the floor plans could be more open and more integrated with the outside.The layout works well but expanding the the site and making some changes to the urban landscape could be beneficial. Redirecting the traffic and perhaps including a small green corridor could maximize the appeal of the shops around the corridor. This could minimise street noise and smells making opening shops out to the street for natural ventilation more appealing
